| Payables Integration PMO Manager We have an opportunity for an experienced Project Planner to join the Finance division of an Edinburgh based Financial Services institution. The company are renowned for driving change and are a key player in the Financial Markets. There are key criteria to joining the company in the capacity of Payables Integration PMO Manager. Prospective applicants must demonstrate an awareness of project planning and delivery gained within a Financial Services environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for Programme governance and budgetary methodology by providing planning, reporting and control support to projects. Job description •Reporting - capture, consolidate and report project up-date, ensuring internal and external consistency of reporting, monitoring, control at project / programme level •Controls – risk, issue and dependency process management. •Planning – ensure project and programme plans and owned, controlled and maintained •Provide direct support to the Change Managers in terms of governance, standards, progress against targets / budget and quality expectations •Acts as a subject matter expert for both Project teams and external Stakeholders in event of a request, problem or query regarding governance, standards, project status and quality expectations •Provision of secretarial activities to relevant governance bodies Technical requirements of the role: •Change Management or related Project Management experience •A range of experience of analysis, analytical tools and problem resolution •Experience of a range of Programme Support roles and business areas is desirable This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Project Manager who will thrive in a pivotal role, promoting good business relationships and work practises.
