Due to continued and significant growth they are currently recruiting an HR Systems Manager to be based at head office in North West London. You will report directly to the Head of HR for central services. Key responsibilities: •Line Management responsibilities for 2 HR Analysts •Act as Oracle super user and systems administrator •Maintenance of the company's organisational hierarchy •Delivery of key projects including online pay review •Development and configuration of the core Oracle system •Payroll Systems •Reward Systems •Development and optimisation of Kronos •Develop effective and timely reporting to aid management decisions •Manage Peopleclick •Act as internal consultant for overseas colleagues You: •Extensive HR systems experience •Expert knowledge of payroll and HR systems. Ideally Oracle •Advanced Excel •Excellent communication skills •Ability to translate complex data in a clear and concise manner You will have regular communication with business heads and managers and therefore possess excellent communication skills.
