| Sales Administrator Leyland £14,000 - £15,000 + Bonus Company Overview Our client, supply and distribute within in both retail and industrial sectors. Clients include Major Retail Outlets, Blue Chip Corporation, companies, ranging from a single store to a chain of over 500 Job Overview Duties include assisting the directors in developing new business opportunities, supporting existing client accounts and dealing directly with clients by telephone. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties including securing new business appointments for the Directors, follow-up support, organising all sales activities and transforming the sales team into a highly effective operation. Daily Duties - Working within a “lively office environment” - High Volume Order Processing - Dealing with large/blue chip retailers - Composing letters and emails - Taking minutes of meetings, typing and distribution of - Copy Typing, filing, faxing, replying to and composing company emails - Correct transferral of messages. - Providing a full administrative support - Provide advice and guidance to all staff on policies and issues - Completion of daily “to do” lists - Accurate & Timely Data Entry Candidate Skills & Knowledge Applicants must be positive, enthusiastic and decisive and have a keen eye for detail. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients. You will be a self-starter and think quickly on your feet and know how to turn opportunities into appointments. You will have a natural ability to deal with challenging clients.
