| Established financial services company based in Bournemouth require an experienced individual to provide IT leadership across the business unit to support delivery of specific business plans by owning the provision of all agreed IT activity within the portfolio. Specifically you will be required to - 1.Fully integrated with unit leadership teams providing technical support to all IT related elements and contributing to the functional objectives and strategy 2.Work in partnership with the business units leadership teams in order to determine each unit's priority of IT activity and how it will be most effectively delivered 3.Broker the provision of the design, planning and execution of all technology services across Group IT. Collaborate with IT Leadership team to determine priority of activity across organisational portfolio 4.Co-ordinate the reporting of performance against agreed internal SLA's and communicate status of IT change initiatives to the business 5.Assume pivotal role in the ongoing development of the IT engagement model, IT policy and best practice across the business units. The perfect candidate will have substantial experience of IT strategy development, material experience of shared services and executing IT change within financial services. Additionally experience of financial planning and budget responsibility for a medium sized IT function. In return for the above there is a very competitive salary on offer together with *Car Allowance *Annual bonus from 15-40% *Pension and Bupa Giving this role an OTE of at least £120,000.
