| We are currently seeking a dedicated and self-motivated individual to take on a temporary Tenancy Support Worker post for one of our clients in Sheffield working with clients suffering with substance misuse. Duties •Promote innovation and improvement in work with vulnerable adults •Creating, monitoring and maintaining support plans and written reports •Providing service users with advice on issues such as housing, benefits and employment •Encouraging personal growth and confidence building •Promoting and facilitating social activity amongst Tenants •Conducting risk assessments including child protection •Keyworking Skills required: •Experience working with vulnerable adults is essential. •Communication skills both oral and written •Previous Housing experience •Excellent knowledge of child protection procedures and referral processes. This is a full time post working 5 days a week with an immediate start. The successful candidate will drive and have an up to date CRB.
