| A new and challenging opportunity has arisen within a well respected and thriving social housing provider in Central Scotland. Working as Housing Asset & Regeneration Co-coordinator you will report into the Policy Planning Manager. Over the year this role is expected to strengthen the housing management functions through development and implementation of policy and procedure plans as well as other strategic objectives. This will include the implementation of computerised information systems as well as property asset management planning. This will very much be a project management position whereby you will be expected to co-ordinate the successful utilisation of external funding bids as well as housing regeneration initiatives. In order to be considered for this opportunity you will be expected to exhibit skills in the following areas: •Previous employment skills within Asset Management and Regeneration. •Show confidence in working in a pressurised, public sector environment whereby performance will be monitored and reviewed. •Educated to degree level. •Professional experience of property management within the social housing market is essential. •Good working knowledge of surrounding regenerations, funding and implementation issues.
