Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Operational Risk and Compliance, Ireland you will ensure
Effective risk management procedures are fully embedded with the business processed and the business meets is risk management and internal control responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Management and delivery of Control Self Assessment (CSA) reporting including regular risk assessments, and setting up a group Policy Compliance Reporting framework.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly operational risk reporting requirements. 
• Co-ordinate on the delivery of work-streams in the Operational Risk Management development plan.
• Work with the business to promote a clear and consistent understanding of risk and controls and to promote discussion on related issues and possible solutions within specific business areas.
• Alongside the head of operational risk you will be involved in the development and delivery of a control review process ensuring key business processes are subject to independent challenge and that control deficiencies are quickly and efficiently remedied. 

Requirements:

• Is it essential that you will have 2 + years of previous experience from a Risk management/Audit and or financial Control Environment from a financial institution.
• Proven ability to manage work streams effectively and building strong relationships cross divisionally.
• Ideally  you will be a qualified accountant.
