Investor Relations Manager - Group Finance Primary contact for all Investor Relations queries with Company bondholders and prospective bondholders with respect to Company financial results, strategy and news flow. This is a key position in the finance function of the Group. The role will be based in the Carribean at the Group's head office. The role will report to the Group CFO and will have regular interaction with the CEO and Chairman. The position will suit an ambitious suitably qualified professional, preferably with experience in the investor relations field. The ideal candidate will be a strong financial professional, with excellent report writing skills. The Role Reporting to the Group CFO, the responsibilities of the role are as follows: - Preparation and drafting of quarterly bondholder materials including financial report, presentation, backup materials etc
- Communicate proactively with bondholders (namely Top 20 holders of 2012 and 2015 bonds) alongside investment bank research analysts () on all company newsflow including financials, strategy etc on a daily basis
- Respond to all bondholder and prospective bondholder queries
- Prepare ad-hoc presentations for Company management including investment banking conferences; bond/bank visits, internal meetings etc
- Manage Company bondholder distribution list & Intralinks access and content
- Prepare ad-hoc competitor and industry analysis for management
- Co-ordinate organization of investor roadshows with investment banks and senior management
- Prepare roadshow materials for same
- Advise CEO and CFO on key upcoming investor conferences and which ones to attend
Requirements: - Experience in IR, Financial PR and/or corporate communications
- Understanding of KPIs used by investment community
- A good financial understanding and background is essential, backed up by an appropriate degree or MBA
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with external investor, potential investors, CEO/CFO and members of the Board of directors
