| Our client, a progressive housing association in North Wales requires a permanent Development Support Officer Duties include • Coordinate the administration of construction contracts, income and expenditure for new development/refurbishment projects by supporting the development team in pre and post-tender operations. • Provide development and technical support within the development section to assist in achieving the annual development programme and grant income for procurement of property acquisitions, new initiatives and disposals. Applicants should have an ONC/NVQ level 3 in Estate Management/ Building Studies or equivalent. Ideally you will also have experience in property/land acquisition and refurbishment. We are looking for someone with good organisational and administrative skills and a good knowledge of building construction, contract management and understanding of conveyance. You will be liaising with colleagues internally and externally and will have a positive attitude and effective interpersonal skills. You will also be required to have competent IT and numeracy skills. This role will require some travelling and it would therefore be desirable for you to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
