Our client is a global provider of banking, financial, advisory, investment and funds management services, with more than 13,000 employees in 25 countries worldwide.  Our client is a rapidly expanding global division specialising in a range of corporate advisory services and employing over 270 people across the UK and Europe.  The team in Dublin will play an active role in the Irish PPP market, leading and advising on transactions across a range of infrastructure sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with experts from the London office as part of a newly formed team.  The successful candidate will receive outstanding training, transactional experience and responsibility from early on.

The Role:

• Developing, running and interpreting financial models.
• Market research in connection with transactions.
• Business development activities.
• Working directly on transactions including financial structuring, preparation of bids, analytical and quantitative analysis of different offer scenarios, relationship management and negotiation with clients, partners and lending banks.

The Requirements:

• An exemplary academic background.
• A keen interest in a career within the financial services sector and demonstrated experience in the sector.
• Actual experience in PPP, infrastructure or project finance.
• Qualifications in accounting, law, engineering, construction or related field.
