Our Corporate Finance Client is adviser of choice to many of Ireland's leading entrepreneurs, Private and Public companies. Our Client's experienced team offers a complete range of financing and advisory services. We are currently recruiting Corporate Finance Professionals who will be charged with helping to drive our corporate finance offering forward. The successful applicants will focus on large Merger and Acquisition transactions and other corporate finance advisory services.

The role of Corporate Finance Professional will be an integral part of an established, dynamic team of experienced professionals, and offers the opportunity to progress within a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.

The successful candidates will:

• Corporate Finance experience is a prerequisite
• Strong financial analysis is a prerequisite
• Proven project management capabilities 
• An ability to undertake disciplined research 
• Competent with Microsoft Excel;
• Highly motivated with the ability to act on own initiative 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships
