Corporate Finance Professionals The role of Corporate Finance Professional will be an integral part of an established, dynamic team of experienced professionals, and offers the opportunity to progress within a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
Principal responsibilities will include: - To participate in the winning of new corporate finance mandates, particularly in the area of mergers and acquisitions.
- The execution of various corporate finance mandates ranging from M&A's, MBO's/LBO's through to IPO's.
- To continue to develop relationships with colleagues throughout the Banking Group for the purpose of providing corporate finance services to customers of the Group.
- The creation of high calibre business pitches to Clients for the purpose of developing relationships and obtaining mandates.
The successful candidates will: - Previous corporate finance, venture capital, or industry with corporate development experience.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral.
- An ability to think and act laterally and creatively.
- An ability to work on own initiative and interact as part of highly motivated team.
- An ability to work in a challenging, competitive and customer focused environment.
- A career focused individual with the ambition to develop and progress within the Corporate Finance division.
- A High Level Finance/Business Qualification.
