| My client is a very well respected and dynamic global organisation. This role is for a Human Resources Advisor reporting to the HR Manager. This is a varied and commercial position that will offer a wonderful challenge to a strong generalist HR Advisor. It is part of a group of companies which provide integrated business services to partners all over the world to enhance value throughout the supply chain. They do this by applying knowledge, experience and core skills in market development, finance, logistics, investments and information to solve specific business problems across a broad range of commodities and services. This opportunity will effectively place you in a role as an HR Business Partner. You will work closely with Senior Managers and advise on a true variety of HR issues. You will need the following key skills - Ability to understand and manage change - Experience of working with all levels of staff - Strong Employment law knowledge - HR Information Systems knowledge - Willingness to manage own administration - Flexible Attitude - CIPD status is desirable or part qualified status. The role will require you to take the following responsibilities; Advice and Guidance to Line Managers on HR Policy, practice and employment law Development, Review, and Implementation of Policies Recruitment Campaigns Management Reporting Employee Relations issues Equal Opportunities Diversity Training Advise on restructuring, TUPE, Organisational Development Good People Management This role is paying well, with extra benefits.
