| Italian Customer Service Executive Manchester (Deansgate) Upto £13,000 + OTE £35,0000 Immediate Starts Available!!!! The Company Our client is one of the Worlds leading Rental Brokers selling into 16 different source markets (countries) throughout the world, operating in 19 different currencies and 12 different languages. Their rapid growth has created the need for new members of the Reservations team based in Manchester City Centre. These varying language roles will be instrumental to the continued growth of the company within the Broker market. The Reservation Agents Role: To take inbound calls in a designated language offering the customer the best possible level of service and commitment within the car hire industry. Make reservations throughout the world. Handling calls from your specified language, i.e Italian to Italian To ensure that every customer is dealt with in a professional and courteous manner. Personal Skills Attributes: Prior customer service experience is an advantage Excellent interpersonal communication and organisational skills. Willingness to learn and work within a multi-cultural and diverse environment Enthusiasm is a must!!!! A polite and friendly telephone manner Team player Ability to work individually on own initiative Some IT skills including excel/word knowledge Fluency in specific languages, Italian Good grasp of the English language Salary & Benefits They offer a very competitive salary Basic £12,500 - £13,000 Upon Experience with excellent bonus and commission rates;(average earnings £35,000) based on monthly bookings and incentives. They offer a Two week comprehensive training course giving each individual a chance to learn about the hire industry, sales techniques, the use of our in-house reservations system and much more As a rapid growth continues there will be excellent opportunities for future development and progression within the company.
