Job Vacancy Advertising Account Manager- Dublin with Excel Recruitment

Our client is one of the most dynamic print, online and events companies and they are recruiting an advertising Account Manager to join the growing team behind some of Ireland's most successful, award-winning media.

The Position:

• Working with the team to maximise print, event and online advertising revenue opportunities
• They will be responsible for gathering sales from an existing base of customers and hunt for new business.
• They will be managing both direct and agency accounts
• The role offers the right person an exciting opportunity to benefit from the editorial strategies, circulation-building programmes and marketing campaigns that have made Mediteam's magazines number one in their markets.
• Working predominantly B2B with the Mediateams technological publications

The Profile:

• The successful candidate will have a track record in sales, ideally advertising sales but this is not essential
• An eye for detail necessary and an enthusiastic, ambitious and driven personality would thrive in the role
• The candidate would have to be comfortable making cold calls where necessary, doing presentations for potential clients and field visits
• They would need to be excellent relationship builders and be able to establish and maintain relationships with the existing database
• They would need to be motivated, have a passion for the industry and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Package:

• €30-35K DOE
• €60 OTE
• 5% monthly uncapped commission
• Bonus for on-targets and new business leads
