Our Client, a large supermarket group, now seek applications for the following positions Store Managers.

You will manage day to day business operations; operate a profitable, clean, well-merchandised store. Hire, train and supervise store personnel to provide high quality customer service. Maintain cash, stock and expense control at satisfactory levels. Represent the Company in a professional manner in all dealings with employees, vendors and customers.

Functions:

Supervises all areas of the day to day management of the store and. Ensures all customers receive the highest level of customer service including greeting, suggestive selling, thanks and return, while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism.

Trains and develops employees to maximise their potential for growth within the company.  Ensures shifts are fully staffed, filling in for absent employees when necessary.
