My Client is a leading food retailer, with numerous stores around the country and expanding rapidly. Due to growth, they require people to work at both Store Management and Assistant Store Management levels. You will assist in managing the day to day business operations; operate a profitable, clean, well-merchandised store. Hire, train and supervise store personnel to provide high quality customer service. Maintain cash, stock and expense control at satisfactory levels. Everything you will need to know about food retail management will be covered in their extensive training.

You must be energetic, and be able to demonstrate your ability to manage and motivate others. You must have good communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively, both orally and written in English. As you will expect, stores are open over 7 days.
