Due to this expansion we now seek individuals for the role of Fluent German Procurement Professional.

Key Responsibilities: Working with a high level of Autonomy in your own area of responsibility in a demanding and busy purchasing office you will:

• Needs Analysis
• Research and Develop food and non Food Product Specifications within the needs of the Business
• Research and Develop new and innovative ways to save money through purchasing initiatives
• Prepare and issue tenders to purchase products, Services and auxiliary supplies
• Analysis and Interpretation Of tender offers
• Negotiation of Bids with a view to awarding contract
• To maintain the reputation and professionalism of Purchasing Department
• To maintain the reputation and professionalism of Purchasing Department
• Interface with Marketing for all POS and Best practices
• Interface with Supply Chain for all functions / POs etc.
• Additional duties may be assigned in line with the requirements of the business

Skills & Experience:

3 years purchasing experience, preferably in retail though not essentially.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)

Fluent German

You have a commercial track record in strategy development along with excellent negotiation skills You are highly motivated and organised and willing to be part of a team

You have a third level qualification with excellent results

You have strong communication and analytical skills

You are mobile and flexible
