Due to this expansion we now seek individuals for the role of Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Day to day running of store

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of retail outlet with annual turnover exceeding 8 million euro.
• Weekly maintenance of store accounts and goods in invoices to ensure accuracy and reliability of deliveries from Regional Distribution Centre. 
• Achieving targets with management team and staff so as to achieve maximum sales while ensuring that you do so incurring the lowest possible costs.
• Ensuring that all legal requirements are fulfilled such as Health & Safety, HACCP etc.
• Performing weekly all company cash procedures are being followed.
• Minimizing inventory loss in stores by carrying out regular stock takes to determine where losses are occurring and then implementing and developing procedures to reduce such inventory loss.
• Ensuring that all company operational standards are maintained at all times including freshness, stock rotation, pricing, merchandising, accurate ordering and customer service.
• Achieving productivity targets by liaising with Area Manager, Warehouse Manager and Transport manager to ensure efficient and timely delivery of stock to stores.
• Responsible for the staffing levels in each store to ensure that necessary staff are in place to maintain operating standards while at the same time monitoring turnover and customer numbers to ensure that productivity targets are achieved.
• Directly responsible for correct and accurate reporting of employee hours on to company payrolls and meeting payroll deadlines at the end of each month to ensure payment of all staff.
• Advising the area manager regarding issues relating to the site and building.
• Stock Management
• Drive daily and weekly turnover, productivity figures, control writes offs, cash and lodgement differences.
• Additional duties may be assigned in line with the requirements of the business

Skills & Experience: You will be highly motivated. Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and thrive under pressure. Although retail experience is a prerequisite for the job, however, not senior experience as full training is provided. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to achieve high quality results within tight deadlines
