EVENTS CONSULTANT / CONFERENCE CONSULTANT / EVENTS COORDINATOR FOR BUSINESS TRAVEL AND EVENTS COMPANY My client is a leading international business travel and conference & events company. Due to the acquisition of major new events accounts, they are looking to recruit an experienced events consultant to manage these accounts. DUTIES OF EVENTS CONSULTANT / CONFERENCE CONSULTANT / EVENTS COORDINATOR: * Taking enquiries for conference and events requirements over the phone and via e-mail. * Manage the event from start to completion, attending the event and ensuring it runs smoothly. * Source accommodation and venue rates, negotiating best deals * Organising all other event requirements, working to deadlines EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR DUTIES OF EVENTS CONSULTANT / CONFERENCE CONSULTANT / EVENTS COORDINATOR: The ideal candidate MUST have a solid conference/events background, from an event management company. The candidate must be confident in running events from start to finish and be flexible to attend the events. THE PACKAGE: Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
