| SENIOR ESTIMATOR - MAIN CONTRACTOR - MANCHESTER Due to business growth and an influx of tenders a Senior Estimator is required for the Manchester office. We are looking for a Senior Estimator with a strong proven track record within the construction industry, preferably within main contracting, and a stable career history. One of the leading contractors in the North West, our client covers all aspects of construction including leisure, industrial, residential and commercial sectors, with many of the projects easily recognisable. Duties; Preparing detailed budget cost plans; Validation of final contract documentation; Sourcing competitive subcontractor quotes; Responsibilities will be to co-ordinate tender bids and pre-contract activities through to construction; Tendering projects ranging from £100K - £20M covering both refurbishment and new build contracts; In return you will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package, and the opportunity to progress your career as a Senior Estimator with a progressive company.
