| ESTIMATOR - COMMERCIAL PROJECTS - CHESHIRE Established for over twenty years, our client has built an excellent reputation, providing construction and maintenance services for commercial and retail property, the company portfolio also covers a diverse range of new build, refurbishment and civil engineering projects to clients on a nationwide basis. Due to retirement an experienced Estimator is required to join the team in Cheshire. The successful Estimator should have a minimum of three years commercial experience, and may even initially have moved from a Quantity Surveying background. The ideal applicant will have experience on commercial projects, including the extension and refurbishment of car dealerships, offices and schools. The main requirement is that the appointed Estimator can hit the ground running, although a handover period with the retiring incumbent will exist for a few weeks. Project values vary from £100K to £2M and as such your current skill set should match this range. Although the company uses Conquest, most estimates are produced using the company's in-house system so although experience of Conquest would be advantageous it is not essential. In return the selected Estimator will receive a good basic salary, the option of a company car or allowance, contributory pension scheme, performance related bonus, death in service cover and family healthcare.
