For the role of Call Centre Agent, you will be required to handle both new and existing customer enquiries in a confident, efficient and friendly manner, developing relationships and providing them with first class customer service. You'll need to have good communication skills, the motivation to achieve and exceed targets together with the passion and determination to accept challenges.
