| Our Client, a large service company, due to continued expansion is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Manager. Role: Directly reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for reviewing and managing the performance of 8 Customer Service Advisors as well as implementing medium to long-term strategies designed specifically for the achievement of excellent customer services. You will be leading, managing and developing the Internal Sales Team to maximise their performance as a whole, setting both individual and group KPI's. Person:The Company is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Manager from any financial background. You will be highly customer focused, have strong man management skills, self-motivation and be commercially astute as well as being able to demonstrate awareness of issues that may impact both business and industry as a whole.
