An excellent opportunity for a proven business to consumer telesales professional with Team Leader experience now seeking a new challenge as part of a successful and established organization. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager, completing a variety of day to day tasks to ensure the overall departmental and team targets are met, and exceeded where possible. Duties include; ensuring daily KPIs and monthly revenue targets are met, assisting Telesales Executives when appropriate and leading by example, conducting regular reviews and coaching when required, assisting sales executives in adding value to their accounts and growing revenue potential via existing business channels, attending and providing input at weekly team meetings and more. Due to the demands of the role it is essential all applicants can demonstrate a proven record of successful business to consumer telesales experience within a professional, solution focused sales environment.
