| Development Manager - Residential The Role To take responsibility for the progress and procurement of potential new developments or phases through the technical, legal, planning and financial hurdles to the stage of signing off the Budget Pack and starting on site. Main Tasks "Prepare Land Appraisal and Feasibility studies for new land opportunities. "Arrange and organise various surveys and investigations. "Provide or obtain technical advice on demolition, drainage, services, highways and foundation design and construction. "Monitor the progress of all Planning Application drawings, submissions and approvals. "Arrange and organise road and sewer designs. "Obtain all relevant fee quotes in line with site budget.
