| Regional Design & Build Architectural Co-Ordinator / Manager Reporting to the Technical Director you will be responsible for all aspects of architectural procurement for the North West Region along with the co-ordination of the architectural technician's workload. We are looking for a confident, pro-active and motivated team player that thrives a challenge. Good communication and organisational skills are essential along with experience of using AutoCAD and Microsoft office packages. The successful candidate would be qualified to HNC/HND level in an architectural/building related subject and ideally have gained knowledge and experience within a similar position with a recognised housing developer or architectural based consultant with the ability to make an immediate contribution to the team.
