| Badenoch & Clark are recruiting on behalf of a major FTSE 100 client based on the outskirts of Gloucester. They are looking to recruit a Senior Collections Operations Manager on a permanent basis. Manage the day to day operations for preventative, early and late stage customer management and collection activities Ensure collaboration with other Operations Managers to appropriate management of the end to end customer experience Define in sourced vendor service level agreement criteria and proactively and effectively manage performance Ensure the preventative and collection operation is controlled, compliant, efficient and cost effective Implement and manage telephony activities and other customer communication mechanisms to meet strategy and credit policies Develop, train staff, and implement procedures to support credit policies Develop and manage an effective capacity planning program Ensure appropriate incentive programs are in place and aligned with positive customer experience Collaborate with Strategy Manager and MI Manager to ensure superior customer experience and ensure strategies can be managed effectively Define and effectively manage relevant customer experience measurements, and key performance and risks indicators Ensure customer complaints are managed, resolved satisfactorily, and comply with FSA requirements For further details, contact Andrew Freeman on 01179 251600 or email Andrew.Freeman@badenochandclark.com Badenoch & Clark is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. |
