| O&B Recruitment are currently hiring for a Business Development Executive for our client based in Limerick city. This is a permanent role with an exciting new venture in Limerick. THE ROLE •The Business development executive will work to a set of targets as set out with the sales manager in order to increase the business needs required in the Direct Sales department. •This will involve setting up meetings, building customer relationships, presentations to customers (existing and new), complete quotations from both incoming and proactive outbound calls as required. Field based role with additional requirements •The Sales Executive will maintain a high level of Customer Communication and through this communication deliver a high level of service to the customer. •Sales Activity •The business development manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, individual, team and department. •The business development Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships •The business development executive will also be responsible for ensuring they maintain and increase account activity REQUIREMENTS •Must have a customer base and have worked in the business for 3/4 yrs and have a proven track record in the IT sales Business. •Experience of working in a busy and dynamic sales environment and a proven track record in the achievement of sales targets •Problem Solving Skills •Organisational Skills •Communication Skills •Excellent IT Skills •Motivated •Ability to work on own initiative •Ability to work as part of a team •Desire to develop knowledge and skills •Process & Procedure Driven •“Can Do Attitude” •Reliable and Punctual •Self Motivated & Enthusiastic •Fluent written and spoken English language skills •Must have full drivers license THE BENEFITS: For the right candidate we have no problems paying for the superstar we are looking for.
