| Our client, a leading telecommunications company, seek a qualified Finance Manager to manage 2 teams to carry out the monthly run for each area and administration of live schemes. Responsibilities will include: *Engaging with partners on commercial issues and future development of the commission system and process. *Ensuring that commissions schemes can be administered in a sufficiently robust fashion to ensure that Partners are paid on a timely and accurate basis. *Working with Sales, Marketing, Product Line, Business Development and Finance to review current schemes and look to improve sales. *Managing and developing a team of 12 people.
