The Role Our client will give you the tools to succeed through a relevant and tailored training and mentoring programme. This programme is lead by a Board Director for the first 6 months during which time you will be working closely with the assigned Director in order to ensure maximum success. The career path exists to be followed and the possibilities of progression from Consultant through to Regional Director are very real. Our client can be differentiated by their training. As a Recruitment Consultant you will start by developing business through telephone canvassing and marketing initiatives. You will assess candidates suitability through thorough pre-screening, interviewing and testing and offer careers advice when appropriate. You will attend client meetings and build long-lasting business relationships with both clients and candidates whilst reaching targets in a highly sales orientated and target driven environment.
