| O&B Recruitment are currently hiring for a Financial Controller for our client, a highly reputable construction company based in North Dublin (Dublin Airport region). The successful candidate will have 4 direct reports carrying out day to day accounting function and will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the accounts department. Reporting directly to the General Manager the person will have the following responsibilities: *Financial management, including preparation of annual financial statements, and monthly group reporting. *Manage a team of 4 within the finance department *Work closely with the management team on all aspects of financial control and business development plan *Ensure adherence to processes and procedures Essential *Experience and Knowledge of accounting, treasury, payroll, monthly reporting, annual accounts, dealing with auditors, taxes (paye, prsi, vat, corporation tax..) *Qualified or recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) *Ability to manage a team *Proven track record and evidence of delivering sustained results Negotiable *Experience into the construction business (desirable) *Knowledge of SAP (desirable as it is the accounting program running) For immediate consideration please forward an up to date CV together with brief cover note through the online link provided.
