| Project Support Engineer / Process Engineer – Gas capture and combustion. Project Support Engineers! Are you interested in the environment? Do you want to be part of the Solution? My client is a vibrant and growing company at the cutting edge of environmental solutions to methane gas capture. They operate across the UK and Internationally. The company installs gas capture pipe work, flares and gas utilization equipment to landfill sites, mines and other sites across the globe. By capturing the methane gas and flaring that they greatly reduce the environmental damage of that gas. For main sites advantage is further gained as the company installs micro generation equipment to provide electricity – a liability has now been turned into an asset. The company continues to expand and develop in this “of the moment” sector and is looking to strengthen their team with a Project Support Engineer. Such a person should be at least HND or Degree qualified (Mechanical or Process engineering preferred), have a “hands on” approach to the working environment and ideally have engineering experience with pipe work, flares, fluid or gas pumps. The role will be working within the company's small Technical team reporting to the Technical Director and ongoing interaction with the operations is important, therein the ability to relate well to colleagues in a busy environment is a must. The benefit package is negotiable from £24 – 28K, plus a car etc, although consideration WILL be given to experienced engineers currently on more substantial package.
