Duties and responsibilities include: * Delivering corporate/business travel needs through Galileo CRS and the very latest travel technology * Ensuring viable travel solutions for even the most cost-conscious traveller * Delivering suitable travel options from the initial enquiry stage to accommodate the most complex business travel itineraries * Dealing all client enquiries from UK to worldwide trips * Utilising net fares for best available options Skills and experience required: * Previous experience of CRS systems - cross training will be made available * Good usage of travel technology systems * A passion for business travel and delivering the highest standards of customer care * A team player with the ability to organise your workload * Previous experience of organising worldwide travel arrangements * Previous business travel experience is desirable A good basic salary, sociable hours and good benefits are just some of the perks of working for the independent business travel company.
