| My Client a "Times 100 Fastest Growing Company" is seeking exceptional candidates with fluency in both German and English to train to become recruitment consultants with them. This is a pure trainee role, working with a leading name within the IT recruitment sector. Please note you do not need a background within IT nor an interest in IT to make a lot of money in this very lucrative area of recruitment as full training will be provided. My client with yearly revenues of 20 million a year is a young, ambitious organisation who has the drive, the determination and the infrastructure to expand rapidly over the next few years. All of their Managers joined recruitment as Trainee Consultants and have quickly worked their way to the very top, which means that you will be managed and trained by people who have been some of the very best performers in this industry- people who understand what it’s all about and have valuable experience to share with you. This is a telesales role which involves plenty of cold calling to businesses across Europe. Their consultants win business by introducing their services to decision makers and building lasting relationships. Because of their success to date my client seeks 2 new German speaking candidates in which to train to become high billing consultants. Previous sales experience whilst highly desirable is not a necessity. You will however come to the table being money motivated with a real hunger to succeed and the desire to make your career within recruitment.
