The role will involve: • To chase payment of overdue debt by telephone, letter, and email • To Ensure Debtor Days are kept within Targets set • To resolve queries to ensure prompt payment. By liaising with the appropriate people across the Group • To accurately post and allocate payments received to the client accounts. • To raise credits and re-invoice where necessary • The check and set up new client accounts • To send out monthly statements. • Computer literate Apply online for immediate consideration.
