| An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Officer within a dynamic Regeneration Organisation based in West Yorkshire. Ideally you will have Experience of Social Enterprise and Business Start Ups. Day to duties will include: •Increase opportunities for Sustainable Enterprise Growth •Manage a number of construction businesses •Promote the work of the organisation •Build relationships with partner organisations and construction companies within West Yorkshire •Help to promote and guide new enterprise •Promote the local LEGI programme through the organisation and its partners The ideal candidate will have: •Experience of building constructive relationships •A proven track record of working within social enterprise •A [proven track record of working with, developing and promoting Business Start Ups •Knowledge of the construction sector •An understanding of the Government's skills and regeneration agenda The role is based in West Yorkshire and is on a temporary basis for one month with a view to being made into a fixed term contract thereafter until March 2010. You will be working for an organisation that is committed to the sustainability of community development, social enterprise growth and increasing opportunities.
