You You will ideally be a strong graduate or be solid business to business sales people. You will need to be positive, money hungry, with clear goals and objectives for what you want to acheive in your 1st year, and the self belief to know that you can acheive it! Sales experience is looked upon favourably but is not essential, as is independent travel and varied life experience.
