| An exciting opportunity has arisen within a respected high profile national organisation for an experienced HR Administrator to join their established HR team on a 3 month contract with the possibility of going Perm. The role is based in Portsmouth. Our client is looking for someone to carry out transactional HR activity for the following: • Employee Advice & Guidance • Payroll • Recruitment Administration • TUPE Administration Support Our Client would expect the right candidate to have the ability to assimilate information and identify actions, taking them forward appropriately. You would have to have awareness of HR policy & procedures as well as demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the HRIS database and systems. You would need to be proficient in excel, word, power point, have sound administrative skills and have an interest in studying toward a CIPD qualification is desirable Excellent attention to detail is required as is the ability to assimilate information and identify actions, taking them forward appropriately. The Administrator will manage their own workload and will be responsible for a specific business area or alpha split. Specific tasks will be dependent on the function to which they are assigned, and their area of expertise. Matters outside of their normal day to day operation and procedures will be referred to the HR Advisor/HRSSC Manager.
