| Are you interested in earning up to £66,000 pa (basic + OTEs) within the Scottish Finance Market as a: Analyst Manager Responsibilities: •Undertake feasibility studies, business requirement gathering, impact / gap analysis and scenario planning to define or modify the scope of projects where appropriate •Manage business analysis activities in line with project schedule to deliver required quality business solutions within agreed timescales and budget •Co-ordinate and/or undertake the acquisition and analysis of the data to identify business issues and opportunities as required •Manage business analysis activities for single projects or components of larger projects that are multi-discipline •Manage provision of high quality detailed analysis, design and build processes to improve operational efficiency and customer service •Use specialist knowledge and/or experience of business areas or products to ensure all relevant information is available to guide design and implementation •Develop hypothesis to address the project requirements and suggest a range of solutions based on specific selection criteria to the business issues identified •Using data collated from the business analysis stage, take informed decisions to influence the direction of project and shape of solution put in place, ensuring it is the optimum solution for the business •Supervise development of training for solution •Co-ordinate testing of business solutions and ensure they conform to business requirement, becoming involved in higher level testing where necessary •Responsibility for managing a team of business analysts and may take lead role in managing relationships with appropriate stakeholders •Lead meetings and workshops and/or with representatives from other business areas You, the ideal candidates will be/have.... •Delivery of complete and accurate business requirements approved and signed off by relevant business areas to meet business needs •Delivery of comprehensive and comprehensible reports detailing analysis undertaken and conclusion reached •Design and deliver presentations to Senior Management on the results of analysis work undertaken •In conjunction with the Programme / change managers, develop project specifications and terms of reference and agree project schedule and budget •Preferably a Financial Services background You will be rewarded with: •A basic up to £40,000 (dependant on experience) plus benefits and bonuses = total package of £66,000 •30 days holiday + 8 BHs Apply Now!
