| Are you interested in earning up to £66,000 pa (basic + OTEs) within the Scottish Finance Market as a: Test Manager Responsibilities: •Provide initiation, definition, delivery and closure of testing plans to agreed timescales, cost and quality •Manage team of business testers and / or allocated business resource •Responsible for managing the business testing service for one or more projects, across one or more programmes •Provide effective stakeholder management, liaising with a diverse range of business and technology functions •Provide the projects and / or programme with necessary test expertise and responsible for the integrity and consistency of testing required in all stages of the project lifecycle, following formal governance processes •Identify interdependent projects and ensure these are clearly understood and managed •Represent testing at appropriate governance forums providing specialist knowledge and support You, the ideal candidates will be/have.... •Detailed practical experience of test stage design, planning and execution, this to include User Acceptance Testing •Proven experience of managing business testing through a full project lifecycle •Proven experience of managing and delivering large-scale (>6 months duration) complex projects and / or programmes to time, cost and quality with limited supervision •Up to date knowledge of industry testing methods and techniques •Functional knowledge of Business Operations and related Technology •Experience of a range of project types and business areas •Detailed practical experience of the use of tools for test management and test automation •Appreciation of all levels of testing, and an understanding experience of strategic testing principles •Experience of resource and financial planning and reporting •Financial Services background preferred You will be rewarded with: •A basic up to £40,000 (dependant on experience) plus benefits and bonuses = total package of £66,000 •38 Days Holiday BHs Apply Now!
