Production Account & Sales Manager for Travel Media Company. Leading independent Travel Media Marketing Company based in Norfolk requires a Production Account & Sales Manager to join their successful team. Working as part of small team the role of Production Account & Sales Manager will involve: * Sales & Marketing of Video Production Services * Managing existing clients projects and up-selling of company services * Research and presenting to new sales leads * Travel to international trade shows, presentations to tour operators, hotel chains and destinations * Production management of Post production process – dealing with freelance crew - writers, editors, crew… * Managing stock footage – office filing of film and DVD's and client information * Liaison with crew when travelling * Preparing and managing filming equipment, shoot information, visas and Carnets for shooting crew members Production Account & Sales Manager skills: * Ability to communicate with and manage a team of editors and freelance camera crew and deliver projects through strong and clear communication. * Ability to work under pressure with a strong commercial awareness of budgets * Strong knowledge of word & Excel * Confident user of internet based research and programmes * Knowledge and contacts within travel industry essential * Administrative and self motivational skills a must * Experience in dealing with clients on phone and fact to face meeting and presentations * Time management and goal orientated * Attention to detail in all areas Ideal applicant for this role will have several travel industry experience having worked ideally as Product Manager and/or Contract Manager and have excellent knowledge and contacts within the industry. This is an exciting and highly rewarding role within a different sector of the travel industry. It will allow you to channel your skills and contacts in a new direction within the industry. Then role will be office based although some international travel will be required in order to attend international trade shows. In return you will have the opportunity for overseas travel and to work within the exciting world of travel combined with media. |
