| Our client, a leading telecommunications company, have an exciting opportunity for a Commissions Finance Manager. Must be capable of managing 2 teams comprising of 12 staff. Responsibilities will include: *Managing 12 people responsible for carrying out monthly runs for areas of the business and for administering live schemes. *Engaging with partners over commercial issues and development of commission systems. *Ensuring that commission schemes are administered in an efficient and robust fashion, ensuring pay on a timely and accurate basis. *Working with other sections of the business to review current schemes while looking to improve sales and returns.
