| The vacancy: Quality Engineer Location: Hampshire Contract – 3 months + The Role A Supplier Quality Engineer is required for a large aerospace organisation based in the South West. As the successful candidate you’ll assess and control the supplier base to the company in accordance with various business requirements. This will involve evaluating the supply base using SQA techniques; approving suppliers by conducting audits; develop training programmes and assist in resolving issues with suppliers. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining SPC records and maintain supplier approvals on the ERP system. The Candidate Experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment is required along with a background of EASA part 21 and AS9100. You’ll also have experience of auditing suppliers; supervise corrective actions; supplier evaluation and development knowledge.
