They are currently looking for outstanding sales people, who have had at least 6 months' strong commission- involved sales experience. As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will be on a basic of between £18k-£25k, with an uncapped OTE (this should be between £35k-£45k in your first year of training, the second year you should be doubling this figure). |
