| Job Description: Overview Small but perfectly formed RSL in Glasgow's West End requires an experienced Maintenance Inspector to assist the current team in offering an improved, efficient and more customer orientated maintenance service to it's tenant group. If you can work effectively to a consistently high standard in a busy, pressurised but enjoyable environment, you are just the person they need. Job Description You, the Maintenance Inspector, will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective day-to-day repairs service to all the organisations' properties including traditional rented schemes, leased properties and factored properties. Essentially you are offering reactive cover as and when it arises as well as dealing with the following: •Pre and post inspections •Minor repairs •Dealing with and following up on customer complaints •Producing reports for voids management as required The post-holder will, at all times, carry out their duties in line with their published service standards and uphold the highest standards of customer care. Candidate / Rewards You must have experience of working directly with tenants and contractors alike. A local authority or housing association background would be advantageous but is not essential. Ideally you will have a professional background in maintenance trades, surveying or architecture. A car is NOT required if you can commute to Glasgow's West End as most of the stock is within walking distance of the office. We can pay up to £15-£17 per hour.
