| Travel Call Centre Manager required for this travel company, based near Altrincham, Cheshire. I am looking for a Call Centre Manager, with previous managerial experience in the travel industry. The successful candidate will be a driven individual, with previous working experience in travel, of a managerial / team leader nature. Your key roles will be: * To lead this call centre team, using your leadership skills. * Maximise profitability. * Suggest and implement new idea's to bring this business forward. * Deal with staff issues. * Inject structure into the team.
