The company combines weapons and aircraft capabilities, intelligence and surveillance systems, communications architectures and extensive large scale integration expertise. Key Responsibility Areas: �You�ll be responsible for designing and implementing Operational Training Senarios. �You�ll operate within a training system domain, be responsible for all engineering activities associated with operations, briefing and debriefing systems, data recording and review equipment, exercise preparation systems, and ancillary systems, and will be expected to possess significant core experience and expertise within one or more of these areas. �You�ll be involved with the engineering team, under the leadership of the Lead Systems Engineer, will also be responsible for the support, management, and reconfiguration of the facility and its assets in support of the requirements of simulator support exercises and research activities. You� �You�ll possess a strong Systems Engineering background with a broad range of engineering skills (eg electrical, mechanical, software) to ensure successful leadership of the engineering team in implementing the facility requirements with respect to current and future training support equipment and software, and to ensure agile troubleshooting and maintenance. �You�ll have experience of Systems Architect, designing training scenarios based on Operational Requirements, with experience of DOORs and Rhapsody.
