My client are specialists in the production of premium meats, breakfast products, deli ranges and prepack. Due unprecedented growth and national retail listing of the growing product range, they are currently recruiting a marketing manager with a dynamic, passionate and brand orientated approach to help grow their business in the sector, improve brand presence and generate sales. The Position: - Creation and execution of marketing strategy
- Execution of marketing plans: incorporating in-store promotion & branding, pack redesigns, PR & local advertising, sponsorships and NPD for each brand
- Trade Marketing: Design and deliver innovative in store POS solutions and responsible for all trade advertising
- Support Key Account Managers and National Accounts in the development of a competitive retail promotion & brand building plan
- Conduct market research
- Manage and monitor online activity
- Develop innovative on pack/online promotion concepts to build consumer database
- Create direct marketing campaigns to build brand loyalty & repeat purchase
The Profile: - The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years previous FMCG marketing experience (preferably within prepack, dairy, chill or meat industry)
- Field, account management and brand building experience
- Excellent relationship building, team work and communication skills essential
- Passion for brands and industry as well as the ability to work efficiently and effectively off your own initiative
- Experience in ATL/BTL campaigns within retail
