| Position: Over Head Line Delivery Manager Ref: MB42529 Location: Worcestershire / Warwickshire Remuneration: £45k - £50k P/A DOE & Car/Allowance. Full Benefits Package. Role; A leading civil engineering/utilities contractor looking for an Over Head Line Delivery Manager with EHV experience. Role & Responsibilities; - To lead and manage all activities and personnel within the Midlands Region. - Leading a team of Project Managers you will be responsible for all OHL contracts across the Region. - Meet profit and service objectives, developing longer term potential through effective client relationship management. - Agree and maintain a clear business plan. - Manage financial performance of operations to meet agreed targets. - Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across all the functions, H & S, QA and Environmental. - Assist in preparing OHL estimates in partnership with Regional Manager and Estimator. - Manage resources to optimise sales values and profit levels and reduce operating costs within the region. - Produce and maintain a defined contract development plan to increase revenue and profit. MUST HAVE: - Degree qualified Civil Engineer (Chartered-MICE or equivalent). - Experience of Overhead Line construction up to 132kv. - As a minimum educated to HNC or equivalent in an appropriate Industry discipline. - Proven track record in tendering and managing projects, including sub-contractors. - Comprehensive knowledge and experience in risk management analysis. - Commercial awareness with knowledge of budgetary control. - Knowledge and experience of Construction Design Management regulations and Business Assurance Systems.
